STEPHAN MORAVSKI

The Creative Director of The Graphic Voice and it's head designer, Stephan Moravski is a set, production and graphic designer based in downtown Manhattan who is an alumnus of Tisch School of the Arts, NYU,  graduating with a Master of Set Design for Stage and Film. He completed his Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne, giving him the opportunity to travel to India to study modernist architects and to paint his way across the South Australian Outback, before completing his thesis in Indigenous Australian architecture and moving to New York. Stephan’s recent graphic design work includes the marketing and branding of Lehenda Ukrainian Dance Company's international tour of 'Kazka,' logo design for Highbridge Green School in Brooklyn, Book cover for "A Blessing Well Disguised," and the album cover design for band Tyt i Tam. 

In theatre his recent work includes 'Don Juan' at Bard college, 'I wasn't going to tell anybody, but then I told everybody' at NYU, 'Eurydice' at NYFA, and just received finalist for Opera America's director - designer showcase with his design for 'Glory Denied.'  His short film “Quantization Nation!” recently won best production design at the First Run Film Festival. Stephan has assisted Opera designer Paul Steinberg and freelances as a design consultant in creative visual merchandising at Tiffany & Co. He has a Ukrainian heritage, and a strong connection to Ukrainian culture and politics. He grew up dancing and teaching Ukrainian Traditional Cossack dance; he is currently the resident designer at Lehenda Ukrainian Dance Company.
